We had a successful silent auction and lasagna dinner on April 27th.  This was our final fundraiser.

We are very excited to offer more than $5,000.00 worth of donated silent auction items to bid on at our Lasagna Dinner this Thursday, April 27th.   All auction items (products, services and gift certificates) are donated by local businesses and community partners.

There are still more than 100 tickets available and we can not emphasize enough the importance of selling ALL of these tickets.  Without the support of parents and students it makes it very difficult to raise money for Prom & Dry Grad.  We encourage everyone to attend and invite your family & friends!   This is our last fundraiser before May 26th so please come out and support the Grad Class of 2017.

Please email pmssgrad2017@gmail.com for tickets or they can be purchased at the school during lunch this Tuesday, April 25th.  Tickets are $20, seniors and 12 & under $15.  Doors open at 5pm, dinner served at 6pm in the Multi Purpose Room at PMSS.

Just a reminder that we are holding our Lasagna Committee meeting tomorrow evening Monday, April 24th in room 2222.  Lasagna tickets will be available.

Cruise/Travel Raffle Tickets!

We need your help to sell the remaining tickets!  If we have not sold the tickets by April 19th, we will need to send volunteers out to various locations.  Remember that this is our biggest fundraiser!

The grand prize is $2000 worth of Travel Vouchers redeemable on any travel arrangements made at Pitt Meadows Travel. Second prize is a return Helijet trip for two to Victoria or Nanaimo and 3rd prize is a visa gift card.

Parents, as a special incentive, for every 20 tickets sold, your grad’s name will go into a raffle and the winning name drawn will have the choice of a $100 visa card or their Dry Grad ticket “FREE”.

Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased in singles or as books of 10.  We ask that every family try to sell at least one book of tickets. Email pmssgrad2017@gmail.com to arrange for pick up.  Tickets are available for purchase by cash or cheque, payable to PMSS Dry Grad.

The winning ticket will be drawn at the Lasagna Dinner April 27, 2017 at 7pm.

 

 

Bottle Returns – Ongoing!

Bring your returns to either one of the following locations.  This will be ongoing throughout the year.

Maple Ridge Bottle Depot

Unit #15, 20475 Lougheed Hwy, Maple Ridge.  The bottle depot is located behind Save-On-Foods just off 203rd Street in Maple Ridge.  They will accumulate the receipts for anybody who indicates their refundables are for PMSS Dry Grad 2017. The person donating their refundables should get a duplicate receipt.  In order to keep track of donations, please write your graduates name on it and place it in the grad box in the office.

Pitt Meadows Bottle and Return-It Depot

19090 Lougheed Hwy, Pitt Meadows.  The bottle depot is located behind Save-On Foods in the Meadowvale Shopping Centre.  Mention it is for account #83, don’t forget to collect a receipt, put your grad’s name on it and place it in the grad box in the office.

Menchies – Ongoing!

Perfect time to FALL into the season with a taste of Menchie’s latest flavour Harvest Pumpkin.  Menchies will donate 20% from every purchase! Funds raised will go towards Dry Grad. We still have a few cards left if you did not receive one.
